Well it has been a nice few days off but now the alarm has gone off at 04.30 and I am up and ready for another day in work. I will be in until Saturday and then off again until Christmas so I am looking forward to more time off.
It is our 40th anniversary next Sunday and we are celebrating by going out for a meal with our son and my Mother who is treating us to dinner in a local pub. I will have to get a bottle of champagne to go with that. I don't like the stuff but after all these years my wife deserves a treat.
